33bl's Complete Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every person who uses the 33bl platform. By opening an account on 33bl or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Please read these Terms carefully before you start using the platform.

General Terms

33bl is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between 33bl and the user. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are using this service voluntarily and with full awareness.
• The personal legal responsibility for using online gaming in your area rests with you.
• You will comply with all applicable policies, rules, and guidelines of 33bl.
• You will not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful to third parties.

Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open a valid account on the 33bl platform:

1.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person or from the same device, all associated accounts will be closed and all earned bonuses will be voided.

1.3 Identity Verification

33bl may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on 33bl, a user must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above.

During account verification, 33bl may request a national ID card or passport as proof of age. We take the protection of minors very seriously and make no exceptions in this regard.

Bonuses & Promotions

33bl offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Which games or game categories count towards meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the detailed terms of each offer.
• 33bl reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the 33bl platform:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods currently accepted on 33bl are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Bank transfers include major banks in Bangladesh such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or if fraud is suspected.

5.4 Transaction Security

All deposits and withdrawals are secured through SSL encryption technology. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on your account — using third-party accounts is prohibited.

Gaming Rules

All games on the 33bl platform are operated fairly and transparently. The following applies to gaming:

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by a third party. It is not technically possible to alter game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Issues

33bl bears no liability for losses caused by internet disconnection or server issues that interrupt a game in progress. However, in the case of an incomplete game, an attempt will be made to restore the balance according to the system log.

6.3 Betting Limits

Different minimum and maximum betting limits apply to different games. Placing bets above the limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided — the specific limits for each game can be found in that game's information section.

6.4 Sports Betting

Reading the rules for a specific event before placing a bet in the sports betting section is mandatory. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, 33bl reserves the right to void or suspend the relevant bet.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bl platform:

• Fraud, deception, or any attempt to influence game outcomes through dishonest means.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Playing games using any automated software, bot, or script.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making transactions using third-party payment methods.

If any of the above activities are detected, 33bl may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 33bl

33bl may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. For responsible gaming purposes, you may arrange a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. Attempting to open a new account while a Self-Exclusion is active is prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection
